User Role Access to Prospects and Task Management

Staff members for schools have different roles available when creating logins.
Access to tasks for each role will be:

Standard Access:

Users with Standard Access will have access to Prospects but will only be able to see and edit tasks assigned to them. On the Prospect profile, they will be able to see all tasks associated with the prospect but won’t be able to edit or delete tasks not assigned to them.

Owner Access:

Users with Owner Access will have full access and be able to see, edit and delete all tasks.

Instructor Admin Access:

Users with Owner Access will have full access and be able to see, edit and delete all tasks.

App Only Access:

Users with App Only Access will not have access to Task Management or the Prospect System.

Financial:

Users with Financial roles will not have access to Task Management or the Prospect System.

GDPR

In accordance with UK GDPR legislation, we will not keep your data for longer than necessary. Prospect data, along with all associated details, will therefore only be retained by NEST for a maximum period of 6 months following the last communication with the prospect. Similarly, task data and details will be retained for 6 months from the date of task allocation.
