So we have already spoken about how the ‘back to school rush’ is an opportune time of year for you to get new students. We even spoke about using the new back to school materials (which you can download from myMA) to help make things easier. Well this week we are going to look at some do’s and don’ts when it comes to using these types of materials.

What a ride we’ve had with new technology over the last couple of years. Since starting my career with NEST in 2010 things have changed quite a lot, from the initial V2, then V3 business management systems and now the myMA suite including myMA itself, the myMA App and the myMA Barcode system.
When it comes to coaching NEST customers on the myMA suite, there are a few initial questions I like to ask when getting things set up; even now some of the answers I get still shock me. Here are a few of those questions and how I would respond to them using myMA. Quite often when I show people the systems the most common response is “Wow I didn’t know it could do that!”.
