Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the dojo
No student was stirring, but possibly a mouse though
Students were hanging stockings by the chimney with care
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there
The students were nestled all snug in their beds
While visions of martial arts raced through their heads
while the instructors started to enjoy their Christmas break
settling down with a merry drink and slice of festive cake
When all of a sudden the chief instructor jumped up to say
“Has everyone updated and sorted everything on myMA?!”
Away to their computers the staff flew like a flash
Ensuring they’d changed and updated their class
As their classes are closed, they needed to show this
Thanks to myMA websites, instructors could publish a notice
Emails and texts was another place they could look
Even social media, such as Twitter and Facebook
Being prepared ahead of time to avoid frustration
they created email templates and set up automations
As triggers activate, the process kicked in super fast
Alerting students when to return to class
Getting communications planned and all set
Helped make sure that students didn’t forget
Keeping those students engaged should be their intention
For a successful business thanks to improved retention
With these few steps, you’ll have little to fear
When it comes to re-opening in the new year
And of course we wish you all the best
Have a Merry Christmas, from all at NEST
